A strength-focused class blending Pilates principles with Exercise Science. to build muscle, improve conditioning and challenge the body.

The class utilise weights,
cable machine, and pilates equipment (reformer, trapeze table, and wundachairs) to challenge your muscles and increase strength. Muscle growth is the main goal.

This class is programmed where you rotate through stations. Attention is given to proper form with only
6 participants per class.
