Classes at Rhythm Wellness

Yin yoga is a beautiful practice where poses are passively held for 3-5 minutes to effect deep connective tissue and calm the nervous system. You will float out of the class relaxed. This class is gentle & nurturing. Great for people who feel like they are always tight or need positive ways to cope with the stresses of everyday life. Beginners welcome and no previous experience necessary.

 • yin yoga •

Vinyasa is a breath led practice that is intellectually sequenced to promote balance in the body. This flow yoga class will allow you to move your body through its range of motion. All levels are welcome but recommended to be injury-free for this dynamic class.

 • Vinyasa yoga •

Hatha yoga is a slower paced class that focuses on the entirety of yoga. In this class you can expect less chaturangas and to hold the postures for longer periods. Everyone can benefit from Hatha Yoga from experienced practitioners to beginner yoga practitioners. This class is also more accessible to those with physical limitations and injuries. Come sink into all yoga has to offer with us in Hatha.

 • Hatha Yoga •

Reformer Pilates is a fun class that works the entire body utilising the pilates reformer and small equipment. 6 students max to ensure proper form and technique is maintained. If you are ready to feel and see your body transform, reformer is a great
place to start.
All levels are welcome

Mat Pilates is a class that utilises body weight and small equipment to strengthen & lengthen. Mat Pilates helps to improve core strength, coordination, balance, and posture. It is great for everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Our experienced instructors are able to regress and progress exercises so you get an amazing workout no matter what your fitness level. Come feel muscles you didn't know you had and leave feeling stronger..

 • Mat Pilates •

Surfers Yoga is a vinyasa yoga class with special focus on hip mobility, core strength, thoracic mobility, shoulder stability, and balance to help improve your surfing and reduce risk of injury. 

*Non-surfers are welcome.
This class is also great for golfers, tennis players, and office workers. Surfers Yoga is a great way to add more balance in your body.

In circuit the principles of exercise science & pilates are seamlessly fused together.

The class utilise weights,
cable machine, and pilates equipment (reformer, trapeze table, and wundachairs) to challenge your muscles and increase strength. Muscle growth is the main goal.

This class is programmed where you rotate through stations. Attention is given to proper form with only 6 participants per class.

We have all been there before, we understand it can be intimidating trying something new. Rest assured knowing you will be in good hands. Your instructor will help you feel comfortable and direct you through the whole class.


You have to start somewhere.
Our instructors are highly experienced and our class sizes are small which allows us to give modifications or progressions as needed. 

We have clients of all ages and fitness levels in every class.

We will remind you to listen to your body while simultaneously encouraging you to challenge yourself. 

We love them both and could not choose a favourite. 

Which class is best suited to you comes down to two things:
~ What are your goals?
~ Which do you enjoy doing?

The best part about this intro special is you can try all the classes and find what you really love and feel good doing.



We all get niggles and aches from time to time and exercising is an important part of staying healthy,

If you have an acute or serious injury or a recent surgery, we suggest calling up to discuss which class might be most appropriate to meet your needs.


Creating healthy habits around movement is so important for both mental and physical health.

We love having our younger clients join us in class. We require participants to be at least 13 years old and mature enough to attend a group class.


Exercise in pregnancy is very important and we welcome expecting mothers. Please make sure to let your instructor know before class so we can modify as needed.

If you have a complicated pregnancy, we recommend getting a doctors clearance before commencing exercise.

Yoga & Mat Pilates- if you have a mat bring it with you. If you do not, we have mats in the studio that can be borrowed free of charge. 

Equipment Classes- We require grip socks in our reformer and circuit classes. If you do not have a pair yet, we have socks for sale and those that can be borrowed in the studio.
