Core Restore is a 4 week in person program designed to rebuild your core the right way. Safely, progressively, and with expert guidance.
Led by Kirra Stedman, Exercise Physiologist, this small group course teaches you how to activate, strengthen and integrate your deep core muscles so your body can finally move with stability, confidence and less pain.
Your core supports EVERYTHING. Posture, lifting, bending, walking, exercise and daily life. When it’s not working properly, pain and compensation follow.
This is NOT crunches and guessing.
This is learning how to move again, correctly. Create a solid and stable base to support you through every stage in life.
