Strong Body, Strong Mind is a challenge designed to help you create a balanced weekly routine through intentional movement. By combining strength-focused classes with mind-body connection practices, this challenge encourages you to build habits that feel supportive, sustainable, and lasting.
Each week, participants are encouraged to attend at least 2 strength-focused classes and 2 mind-body connection classes to create a routine that strengthens the body while improving focus, balance, and overall wellbeing.
