Before you begin clinical pilates, we require an initial consultation. This helps us to understand your goals, any injuries or niggles, and how your body moves, so your classes are completely tailored to you.

From there, we check in regularly, adjust exercises as needed, and build each session around YOU. Plus, because the classes are led by registered health professionals, they’re claimable under private health insurance, making expert-led movement more accessible.
